1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of high order volume or stock unavailability, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days. We will inform you via email or phone in such cases.
2. Delivery Time & Shipping Partners
- Metro Cities: 1–3 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
- We ship via trusted courier partners such as Porter, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post,ShipRocket etc. depending on the delivery location.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1999 (India only).
- Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping charge of ₹79.
- Any additional charges (e.g., remote area surcharge) will be communicated before order confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website.
5. Packaging & Freshness
- All products are sealed in airtight, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.
- We take extra care to ensure fragile products like premium cashews, almonds, and pistachios reach you in perfect condition.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays.
- We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances but will do our best to assist.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
